An alleged stalker has been remanded in custody after allegedly breaching his bail conditions.
George Durbin, 37, faced charges of stalking involving serious alarm or distress, engaging in controlling or coercive behaviour and criminal damage and was given bail during a court hearing in May.
The defendant, of Holbien Court, Grange Park, was told to stay at a specific address each night, wear a tag and not contact two different people directly or indirectly.
But he has been back before Swindon Magistrates' Court for allegedly breaching those bail conditions three times - for being at a different address, not keeping his tag charged and, on July 30, contacting one of the people he was ordered not to.
Durbin has been handed a further charge of stalking involving serious alarm or distress.
He has previously denied stalking and coercive control and will face trial for these charges but has admitted to criminal damage.
After deliberating, magistrates said: "We've listened carefully to what has been said today.
"On September 13 there will be a trial into the matters discussed, but in the meantime, you will be remanded in custody."
Ahead of the trial, there will be an interim hearing on August 6 that will further discuss the bail application.
