Police are urgently appealing for information to locate a man who went missing from the Swindon area.

Jeremiah, 28, has been missing since around 7.40pm on Friday night (August 2) from Great Western Hospital and officers say they are extremely concerned about his welfare.

Jeremiah is described as a black male, of average build.

He was last seen wearing a white bucket hat, blue coat/jacket, black trainers with white soles and navy joggers, as pictured.

They are urging people not to approach him and instead call 999 immediately quoting log number 421 of yesterday's date (August 2).
