Police attended an industrial park near Swindon as part of a crackdown on businesses employing illegal immigrants.
Wiltshire officers responded to tip-offs about people working illegally at Chelworth Park in Cricklade on the morning of Wednesday, July 31.
With support from Home Office officials, the police checked employees' identification and other details to ensure that everyone on-site had the corect official documents which proved they had the right to legally live and work in the UK.
They took one person away in handcuffs in one of the immigration team's vehicles.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: " We received reports around 10am that a number of people were working illegally at Chelworth Park, Cricklade.
"Officers attended along with Immigration, and individuals' details were checked.
"One person was arrested on suspicion of breaching immigration bail conditions and will be dealt with by immigration officials."
