A moving tribute has been paid to a member of the Swindon motorbiking community who died in a recent crash.
Hundreds of bikers gathered at Greenbridge Retail Park for a ride out in memory of Alison Perks, who was killed following a single-vehicle collision near Cirencester on July 30.
The organiser of the event, biker Marc Adair, said it was the biggest turnout he's ever had for something like that.
After leaving the retail park in a constant stream, the large contingent of bikers safely made their way to the County Ground, where they gathered information to form a giant 'A' for Alison before revving their engines and then holding a two-minute silence.
Drone photos captured by Tom Arnold show the sheer number of people who turned up to take part.
As well as organising the event, which went ahead without a hitch, Marc had also set up a JustGiving page in Alison's name, aiming to raise money for her family, partner Doug and daughter Jamie-Leigh.
Both were in attendance alongside Doug's daughters, with one of them, Jessie, talking about the event and also what Alison was like.
She said: "Alison was a really big personality, she was very 'tell it as you see it', she didn't take no s***, but she was incredibly funny and incredibly kind.
"She would do anything for anyone, and if anyone needed something, she would be the first person there."
She added: "This is what the biker community is about, it's about a group of people collectively showing their respect and showing how big this community is and how much people care.
"The Swindon biker community is the best community you can be part of.
"This just shows how many people cared about Alison, and how many people cared about my dad and wanted to come out and show their support."
Marc added: "A highly emotional evening. Fully supported by the biking community. We came together at short notice to show our love and support to the family and dearest friend Alison. Ride free."
So far £3040 has been raised on the fundraising page as members of the public, friends and family pay their respects, exceeding the £2500 initially asked for.
Many people on the page had praised Alison, with one describing her as 'a lovely person, always smiling and happy to interact with everyone.'
