Police decided to pull over a driver on the M4 because of how slow they were going.
On Monday, August 5 officers from Wiltshire Police's Roads Policing Unit (RPU) came across a Seat that was being driven at only 25mph.
This drew their attention, and they soon realised that the vehicle appeared to have a defective headlight, with the driver using the car's fog lights instead.
A spokesperson for RPU added that further checks at the roadside revealed that the person behind the wheel was also not insured for the journey.
The incident was posted on the Wiltshire Specialist Operations Twitter/X page, which provides regular updates on both RPU and the county force's Armed Response Group (ARG).
The full post said: "The Seat was stopped for the defective headlight and use of fog lights, 25mph on a dual carriageway also drew attention. Checks revealed no insurance for the journey."
The driver will now face punishment.
