A man has appeared in court accused of rape and strangulation committed in Swindon.
Ryan Gray, 41, of Cunnery Road, Shropshire, stood in the dock on August 15 wearing a blue short-sleeved shirt.
He did not plea to the charges - rape of a woman aged 16 or over and intentional strangulation - which both date from between February 1 and 28, 2023.
He will appear at Swindon Crown Court on September 13 after being released on conditional bail.
