Ridgeway School and Sixth Form celebrated its best-ever A-level results.

As the Wroughton educational facility bid farewell to the 2024 cohort of Year 13s, its leaders paid tribute to the hard work of the staff, students, and their families who worked together to achieve great grades.

More than 80 per cent of the year group will head off to university while others will take on employment opportunities and start apprenticeships.

Overall, a third of all this year’s grades were A* or A, 60 per cent ranged from A* to B, and a quarter of our students achieved AAB or better in their subjects, which means that many of the talented teenagers have achieved the qualifications they need for their future goals.

Principal Adrian Cush said: “Today’s outstanding results are testament to the hard work and dedication from these fantastic young people, their families, and our staff.
