A woman has been left “upset” after an alleged incident of indecent exposure in a Swindon park.
At around 4.15pm on Monday, August 12, a man reportedly exposed himself to a woman in GWR Park.
He was described as wearing brown trousers with a blue zip-up jacket and is believed to have facial hair.
A man in his 40s was arrested shortly after the alleged incident and has since been released on bail.
PC Holly Moffat said the woman involved has been left understandably upset by the incident, and emphasised police will be patrolling the area.
She added: “We are carrying out regular high-visibility patrols to try to provide reassurance to the local community.
"If anyone has concerns then please stop those officers on patrol and they will be happy to help.
“While the woman was not physically harmed by this incident, understandably it left her upset and we will make sure she has access to support services.”
Officers are continuing to appeal for witnesses who could help their investigation.
Anyone who saw the incident has been urged to call police on 101 quoting reference number 54240094711.
