Two people have been arrested and charged in connection with an armed robbery at a Swindon newsagent.
At around 7.55pm on Sunday, July 28, two men said to be wearing balaclavas threatened an employee with a weapon in Delta News on Welton Road, Westlea, Wiltshire Police said in an earlier witness appeal.
The force announced on August 21 that Brian Bingham, 30, of Marney Road, Grange Park, Swindon, and Jason Smith, 39, of Thornford Drive, Westlea, have been charged with robbery.
They have been remanded into custody and are due to appear in court at a later date.
Delta News is now listed as permanently closed on Google.
