A Swindon used car dealership must pay more than £1,000 in total after failing to give a BMW driver's details following police instruction.
Greenacre Cars, in River Ray Estate, Barnfield Road, pleaded guilty at Swindon Magistrates' Court on Friday, August 16 to failing to give information about a driver of a vehicle when required by Wiltshire Police.
A fine of £666, £90 costs and a £266 surcharge fee must be paid by Friday, September 13, 2024.
Greenacre Cars describes itself as a “purveyor of quality used cars”.
It was contacted numerous times but failed to respond for comment.
