A Strictly Come Dancing star is set to visit Swindon for his dance tour next year.

Kai Widdrington is gearing up for his first solo tour, 'Kai - Evolution', set to take place from May 14 to June 29, 2025.

The tour will visit Swindon's Wyvern Theatre on June 2, 2025.

It will also visit cities across the UK and Ireland, including London, Leicester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Cardiff, Cork, Belfast and Dublin.

Audiences will enjoy a range of classic Ballroom, Latin, and unique dance routines.

Mr Widdrington said: "I'm thrilled to bring this show to life and share my love for dance with fans.

"It has always been a dream of mine to do a nationwide solo tour and I can’t wait to make it a reality next year.

"This show will be a celebration of my love for all things music and dance, and I am extremely excited to get to share this experience with everyone, both in the UK and Ireland."

Mr Widdrington rose to fame as a professional dancer on the BBC show and on the Irish version, 'Dancing with the Stars'.

He has a background in competitive dance and numerous accolades to his name.
