A man has been charged after an alleged indecent exposure in front of children in Swindon.
Peter Melville, 60, of Highland Road, Portsmouth, was arrested following the incident in Covingham at around 2pm on Tuesday, September 3.
He has been remanded in custody.
He is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates' Court on Friday, October 4.
