A fast food chain is trialling six new burgers in Swindon stores from today, it has been announced.
The ‘Gourmet Kings’ will be available only for delivery on Deliveroo from Burger King and include options like Double Angus Bacon Cheese, Chilli Cheese Angus and Classic Crispy Chicken.
They will be available alongside the rest of the menu and are new to Swindon having already launched in 10 other UK sites last month.

A spokesperson said: “Gourmet Kings by Burger King begins trialling today in Swindon. The feeling of biting into a juicy burger is recognised as one of life’s greatest simple pleasures.
“Burger connoisseurs of Swindon can now indulge in a curated selection of 6 new gourmet delights, including the indulgent Double Angus Bacon Cheese with perfectly flame-grilled 150g Aberdeen Angus beef and the Chilli Cheese Crispy Chicken made with succulent and tender chicken.
“Gourmet Kings by Burger King promises to make the difficult art of creating the perfect burger feel effortless, with a mission to deliver the unmistakable sensation of total food satisfaction straight to the door of burger lovers in Swindon exclusively via Deliveroo.”
There is only one Burger King in Swindon located on Queens Drive, which has not long reopened after it was charred by fire in 2021 and closed for a rebuild for some time after.
