The following cases have been heard at Swindon Magistrates' Court recently.
TOOTHILL: Cameron Blair, of Affleck Close, has been sentenced for assault by beating.
The 18-year-old pleaded guilty to hitting a man in Swindon on July 13, 2024.
He must pay a fine of £90 and £40 in court costs.
RODBOURNE CHENEY: Karl Robinson, of Harris Road, has been sentenced for causing actual bodily harm.
The 33-year-old pleaded guilty to assaulting a man in Swindon on September 24, 2023.
He must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, pay £450 in compensation to his victim, and also pay £620 in court costs plus £114 to fund victim services.

TOWN CENTRE: Oktawian Kuznicki, of Maxwell Street, has been sentenced for possession of a bladed article in a public place.
The 30-year-old indicated a plea of guilty to having the knife in Swindon on October 14, 2024.
This activated a suspended sentence order imposed by Northampton Magistrates' Court on October 2, so he has been jailed for 12 months.
Court documents note that the offences are so serious that only a custodial offence can be justified, the defendant has a flagrant disregard for court orders, and the defendant has a flagrant disregard for people and their property.
Kuznicki originally received that suspended sentence order when he - with a different listed address of Alexandra Road in Wellinborne – indicated a plea of guilty to a similar charge of possessing a blade in a public place which involved having a Stanley knife at Wellingborough Railway Station on February 29, 2024.
Both knives have been forfeited and destroyed.
WILTSHIRE: Benjamin Mortimer, of Davies Road in Longhedge, has been sentenced for various offences.
The 27-year-old indicated a plea of guilty to stealing clothes worth £200 from JD Sports in Swindon on October 15, 2024, and pleaded guilty to obstructing a police constable in the execution of his same day, and beating a man in Upavon as well as shoplifting four cans of Stella Artois beer worth £6 from the Upavon Londis on July 26.
He received a community order that requires him to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within 12 months, carry out 20 rehabilitation activity days, and pay £85 in court costs.
WARMINSTER: Leon Zerafa, of Southdown Way, has been sentenced for a driving offence.
The 24-year-old changed his plea from not guilty to guilty regarding a charge of driving a Ford Transit along the A36 without insurance on September 14, 2023.
He has been banned from driving from 14 days and must pay a fine of £778 as well as £175 in court costs and £311to fund victim services.
CHIPPENHAM: James Macdonald, of Heath Lane in Startley, has been sentenced for assault by beating.
The 25-year-old pleaded guilty to hitting a man in Chippenham on June 1, 2024.
He received a community order that requires him to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, pay £100 and compensation to the victim as well as £85 in court costs plus £114 to fund victim services.
WILTSHIRE: Robert Maggs, of Stanley Lane in Thyerton Lucas, has been sentenced for two offences.
The 31-year-old indicated pleas of guilty to committing fraud by using a woman's bank card to pay for goods worth £170.01 in Cherhill on December 13, 2023, and stealing a tablet device belonging to the same woman on December 14, 2023.
He received a community order that requires him to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months as well as up to 20 rehabilitation activity days, and pay £85 in court costs.
