New 20mph limits could be introduced on various roads in Swindon.
Newly-published public notices advise that Swindon Borough Council propose to make two traffic regulation orders under the relevant sections of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce 20mph speed limits.
One order would enforce the lowered limit on Dores Road, The Sunflowers, Orchard Grove, Haig Close, St Philips Road, Farrfield, Clays Close, Laurel Crescent, Lupin Close, Green Road (to the junction with Greenlands Road), Abbey Wood Park, Hermitage Lane, Wheatsheaf Gardens, Stratone Mews and Old Dairy Close.
