Firefighters have tackled a fire at a flat in Swindon.
Two fire engines responded to reports of a fire at a flat in Birch Street on Thursday afternoon just after 1:30pm.
The fire was in a flat behind Park Lane pharmacy and Birch Street was cordoned off while firefighters tackled the blaze.
Traffic began building around Park Lane and Westcott Place while a fire engine was partially blocking the road.
By 3pm, Birch Street was back open as usual and traffic had cleared.

A Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 1.36pm today (24 October) to reports of a flat fire in Park Lane, Swindon.
“Two crews attended, from Swindon and Westlea, where two breathing apparatus wearers used one hose reel jet to extinguish a kitchen fire involving a pan left on the hob.
“Our stop was at 2.22pm and we have now left the scene.”
