An uninsured driver who claimed to be a tourist has had their car seized in Swindon.
A red Honda Civic was pulled over next to the bus stop on Faringdon Road by an unmarked vehicle from the Wiltshire Police Roads Policing Unit (RPU) after they noticed the driver was uninsured.
But the driver claimed to be a tourist and denied having a UK address.
Officers fined the driver £300 and took to social media to share a picture of a recovery truck waiting to take the Honda Civic away.
