Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm Shop has issued a queue warning as half-term begins.

A statement issued for the shop on Sunday has warned that it is busy due to it being half-term and that queues might be closed earlier than usual. 

It has asked people to consider coming during the week instead. 

The shop has garnered huge crowds in the past following the success of the Amazon Prime show, Clarkson's Farm. 

Cars have previously parked on the grass verges near the farm shop which frustrated Mr Clarkson after he was refused planning permission for a larger space for vehicles at the site.

A statement posted on the Facebook page said: "As it is half-term and busy at Diddly Squat Farm Shop, please be aware that we may have to close the queue early. 

"Please consider coming during the week.

"Thank you for your understanding."

There is a pop up Diddly Squat Farm Shop at the Farmer's Dog Pub near Burford, which opened in August and saw long queues on opening day.
