A town centre Tesco was evacuated after a suspected gas leak was reported with the fire service attending.
Fire crews were called to the Tesco Express store in High Street, in Chippenham, at around 12.14pm on Saturday, October 26.
Crews from Chippenham and Corsham attended along with Wiltshire Police, and investigations were done by firefighters and gas engineers.

They found that an issue with the shop’s refrigerator system had caused the alarm to be raised. Operations ceased at 1.13pm.
A Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were called to High Street, Chippenham at 12.14pm on Saturday (26 October) for a suspected gas leak in a convenience store.
“Two crews attended, from Chippenham and Corsham, and investigations were carried out by firefighters and gas engineers.
“It was established that there was an issue with the shop’s refrigeration system, which had caused the alarm to be raised. Our stop was at 1.13pm.”
Tesco has been contacted for a further update.
