Swindon has been named as the most employee-friendly location in the UK by a new study.
The study by Adobe Express considered 30 UK cites and towns and compared factors such as average annual salary, the price of a cappuccino, public transport costs, and access to green spaces.
Swindon came out on top in part due to its high employment rate and low unemployment rate.
The Swindon and Wiltshire area also has an above-average number of large companies, including well-known brands such as BMW, the Ministry of Defence, and Nationwide Building Society.
The study also highlighted Swindon's high productivity per worker, with the town ranking seventh in the UK in this regard.
While its average annual salary was not as high as some of its nearest competitors, it still managed an unmatched score of 6.541.
Milton Keynes was named the second-best place for employees, scoring highly for its average annual salary and its high rate of private sector opportunities.
Stoke-on-Trent rounded out the top three thanks to its percentage of green spaces and rich cultural history, which still plays a significant role in the local economy.
Reading, Plymouth, Sheffield, and Leeds also featured in the top 10, while London did not make the top 15.
