A Swindon's preacher is due to appear at Swindon Crown Court this month.
Shaun O'Sullivan, 35, of Whitbourne Avenue, has been charged with racially/religiously aggravated intentional harassment/alarm/distress.
It's alleged that on Sunday, September 15, this year in Swindon, he caused three people harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour.
He is currently on conditional bail during which he posted a video on TikTok, where he has more than 10,000 followers, on Saturday, November 2 outside Gablecross Police Station with a microphone.
He is due to appear for a plea and trial preparation hearing on Friday, November 15.
