Wiltshire Police has released CCTV images of a wanted man as an investigation is launched into a sexual assault in Swindon.
The man pictured in the CCTV is believed to be connected to a sexual assault which took place in the early hours of Sunday, November 3.
At around 2.10am, a woman in her 30s was touched inappropriately over her clothing in Wood Street, Swindon.
Images from that morning released by police show a man with short dark hair and a white t-shirt who is believed to have been in the Wood Street area around the time of the assault.
Officers are now urging anyone who may recognise the man pictured to come forward.
"We are appealing to identify this man in connection with a sexual assault in Swindon in the early hours of this morning," said a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police.
"We believe the man pictured may be able to help us with our enquiries.
"If you recognise him, please contact us on 101 quoting reference 54240129619."
UPDATE: This man has now been identified and therefore his photo has been removed from the article.
