TV antiques expert Paul Martin is set to host valuation days in Melksham, Westbury, and Warminster later this month.

The events will take place between 10.30am and 3pm and will encourage the public to discover more about their forgotten or unwanted items - and give them the chance to sell them.

Mr Martin, who has been a TV presenter and expert for more than 25 years, said: "These valuation days are going to be wonderful, you simply never know what treasures guests will bring.

“It could be something with a local story, a very personal story, or something of wider historical significance or something which speaks to our social history.

"I love meeting new people and hearing their stories and sharing some knowledge around items they may have inherited, bought years ago or even found."

People can take their items, or photographs and videos of larger items, to the valuation days free of charge at The Horse & Groom, Westbury, on November 13, the Athenaeum Centre, Warminster, on November 20, and That Meeting Space, Melksham, on November 26.

Mr Martin, who is known for appearing on shows including 'Antiques’ Road Trip' and 'Flog It!', has been hosting valuations across the South West over the past year.
