A BMW driver has been snared by police after they were allegedly caught driving with both hands on their phone.
Officers say they saw the driver of a blue BMW travelling along Thamesdown Drive in Swindon with no hands on the wheel on Saturday, November 9.
The driver was allegedly using their hands to work their phone during the incident and was quickly stopped by members of Wiltshire Police’s Special Constabulary road safety unit.
They have since been reported and, speaking on one of Wiltshire Police’s social media channels, a spokesperson suggested they would now face points on their licence and a fine.

A spokesperson for the force said: “This BMW driver seen with both hands on their mobile phone whilst travelling down Thamesdown Drive, that’s not the kind of hands free we want to see.
“Driver reported, six points and a fine incoming.”
The incident took place during road safety patrols in Swindon.
Police will regularly patrol the town, and other locations around Wiltshire, to look for any of the “fatal five” motoring offences.
This includes using a phone while driving and other offences that can increase the risk of crashes.
