An empty Swindon town centre unit has been taken over by a new business.

A brand new sign has gone up at 5 Faringdon Road, formerly Aby’s Indian Experience, for a restaurant called Karahi Korner.

The establishment is listed on Google as an Asian restaurant and the sign above the door reads “fresh and authentic”, with opening times already displayed in the front window.

The new restaurant is set to open weekdays, excluding Tuesday, from 3pm to 10pm and from 9am to 10pm on weekends.

Although the opening date is yet to be revealed, several items of furniture can be spotted through the window and it seems the venue has been fully redecorated.

Karahi Korner has been approached for comment.
