The property at 163 Rodbourne Road has been left vacant since Pixal-Rose Vegan Salon moved into a bigger space at 200 Rodbourne Road on January 9.

Commercial property consultants Kilpatrick & Co listed the 355 sq ft ground floor shop for £9,200 per annum to let.

The premises has rear access with a free public car park and the store has shutters and a large window overlooking the street, with the shop totalling 311 sq ft.

Meanwhile, the staff room is around 44 sq ft featuring a small sink, table and toilet.

The space was listed as available from October and it is already under offer, although no details have been revealed about the new owners so far.

Neighbouring businesses include Sinbads Tandoori, an Indian takeaway, Moon Star Chinese takeaway, barber shops and Nisa Local, while Swindon’s Designer Outlet is only a short journey away.
