The following cases were heard at Swindon Magistrates Court earlier this month.
ST ANDREWS RIDGE: Stewart Boraston, of Standen Way, has been sentenced for two driving offences.
The 44-year-old pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of being in charge of a Citroen C4 in Freshbrook Village Centre on June 18, 2024, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The defendant pleaded guilty to driving the vehicle without a licence.
He received a 28-day driving ban and a community order that requires him to carry out nine months of alcohol treatment as well as up to 10 rehabilitation activity days and pay a £100 fine plus £85 in court costs as well as £114 to fund victim services.

TOWN CENTRE: Sarah Quidington, of County Road, has been sentenced for assault by beating of an emergency worker.
The 40-year-old indicated a plea of guilty to hitting a female police officer in Swindon on September 17, 2024.
She received a community order that requires her to carry out six months of alcohol treatment and up to 25 rehabilitation activity days as well as pay £100 in compensation to her victim.
LIDEN: Jamie Hunt, of Arnfield Moor, has been sentenced for drug driving.
The 48-year-old pleaded guilty to driving a Citroen C4 along Dorcan Way on April 9, 2024, while having 32 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood in his system.
He has been banned from driving for 40 months, fined £120, and ordered to pay £85 in court costs as well as £48 to fund victim services.
TOWN CENTRE: James Chipping, of Graham Street, has been sentenced for common assault and assault by beating.
The 40-year-old changed his plea to guilty regarding the charges which alleged that he hit two men in Swindon on June 22, 2024.
He must pay a fine of £162 as well as £200 in court costs.
AMESBURY: Gary Boakes, of Shears Drive in Amesbury, has been sentenced for a driving offence.
The 44-year-old drove an Audi Q3 along the A342 St Edith’s Marsh in Bromham at more than the 30mph speed limit on December 3, 2023.
He has been banned from driving for 28 days, fined £666, and ordered to pay £90 in court costs plus £266 to fund victim services.
WILTSHIRE: Thomas Burt, of Petersfield Road in Bournemouth, has been sentenced for a driving offence.
The 29-year-old pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus along the A36 in Wylye on November 16, 2023.
He received six penalty points on his driving licence and must pay a fine of £564 as well as £90 in court costs and £226 to fund victim services.
MELKSHAM: Lee Rumens, of Fullers Close in Melksham, has been sentenced for a driving offence.
The 55-year-old drove a BM2 320D along Melksham’s High Street without having insurance on November 20, 2023.
He received six penalty points on his driving licence and must pay a fine of £400 as well as £90 in court costs and £160 to fund victim services.
DEVIZES: Andrew Grant, of Winchcombe Avenue, has been sentenced for speeding.
The 45-year-old drove a Mercedes GLC300 on the A303 Fonthill Bishop at more than 70mph on November 4, 2023.
He received six penalty points on his driving licence and must pay a fine of £666 as well as £90 in court costs and £266 to fund victim services.
