A former Boots unit in Swindon is still on the market.
The vacant three storey building on 35 Wood Street in Old Town has been listed as a freehold property for £325,000 by Kilpatrick & Co.
Boots closed its chemist on February 9, and later went up for sale in June.
The 2,491 sq ft space remains vacant and is still in need of a new owner.
The ground floor shop, dispensary and store extend to 1,001 sq ft and there is a large basement with upper floors accessible from a rear storage area.
Meanwhile, the first floor comprises two offices, a staff room, three stores and WC, extending to 763 sq ft and the second floor is also made up of three store rooms and a further room to the rear around 727 sq ft.
There is also residential conversion potential for the upper floors subject to planning.
Earlier this year, locals were outraged to discover Boots chemist was set to close and they launched petitions and arranged calls with managing director Sebastian James in a bid to keep the store open.
It was one of the 300 sites that Boots closed between June 2023 and June 2024, leaving the closest Boots outlet at the Brunel shopping centre.
