A networking event hosted by Swindon Metro Bank has connected businesses with expert advice.
The event featured Sumon Roy, a local accountant from Payslip Accountants and Tax Consultants, who shared insights on tax advice and business planning.
He also explored ways banks and accountants can work together to benefit local businesses.
Attendees also learned about Metro Bank’s unique offerings and how it distinguishes itself through tailored support for businesses of all sizes.
Swindon Metro Bank's local business manager, Tom Moore, explained how the bank's accessible relationship managers serve as personal points of contact for clients, assisting with their financial needs as they evolve.
The personalised approach has been well received, with Mr Roy referring 15 new business customers to Metro Bank since September.
Mr Moore said: "By having local business managers, we provide tailored support to businesses at every stage, from start ups to established firms.
"Building relationships with local accountants like Sumon allows us to extend our support to even more businesses in our community.
"We look forward to future collaborations with Sumon Roy that continue to strengthen and empower the local business community."
Metro Bank's Swindon store is located at 1-4 Regent Street and is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5pm.
