Essential resurfacing works will be carried out in ten locations across Swindon during the next two months.
The improvement work forms part of Swindon Borough Council’s annual major and minor road resurfacing programme which aims to fix deteriorating road surfaces across the borough.
Elcombe Lane will be resurfaced between 7.30am and 6pm on Monday, November 18.
Raleigh Avenue will be temporarily closed for work between the same times on Wednesday, November 20.
Bobyhorse Hill will see a similar closure put in place on Monday, November 25.
Cheney Manor Industrial Estate resurfacing work will be done overnight, from 7pm on Wednesday, November 27 to 6am on Thursday, November 28.
A spokesperson for the local authority said: “All works aim to be completed within the set times but are subject to weather and unforeseen circumstances.
“Access will be maintained for local residents and diversions will be in place for other motorists where necessary.
“Letters are also being sent to local residents informing them about the work.
“You can keep up to date with the latest roadworks and diversions by searching ‘roadworks’ on our website swindon.gov.uk.”
