The owner of a Swindon spa has banned a male client after he behaved inappropriately at her other massage parlour.
The incident occurred at Thai House Spa on Broad Street in Banbury earlier this week and the staff took to Facebook to address customers.
The statement said: “We wish to address an unfortunate incident that occurred at Thai House Spa, Banbury.
“Today, a male customer violated our professional boundaries and attempted inappropriate behaviour during a booked massage appointment.
“Our therapist was understandably deeply upset and immediately terminated the appointment, ensuring the individual left the premises.
“We want to make it clear that Thai House Spa, Banbury does not tolerate any form of disrespectful or abusive behaviour, whether verbal or physical.
“The individual involved has been permanently banned from our spa. Should any such incident occur again, we will involve the authorities and take legal action.
“We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both our staff and clients.”
Thai national Keson, known as Sunny, has managed the Thai House Spa in Oxfordshire for three years and opened a new wellness facility in Hoopers Place, Old Town, in May this year.
It provides traditional Thai, aromatherapy, hot oil, reflexology, foot, and traditional head massage and back, neck and leg pain specialist treatments.
She moved from Thailand to England in 2005 to live with family and has been treating people across the two countries for 25 years.
