Land previously earmarked for two drive-thru facilities beside a major A-road is up for sale.
The plot, off the A346 Marlborough Road between Marlborough and Swindon, is located at Chiseldon, just a mile south of junction 15 of the M4.
A guide price of £450,000 has been set for the 116,305 sq foot section of land, which sits adjacent to the Esso petrol station.
In 2019, it looked like the site could become the home of two new drive-thru buildings, after plans were submitted for a coffee shop and a restaurant.
But this application was withdrawn before a decision was made.

Estate agent Vail Williams says the undeveloped land is now available on an unconditional basis.
The previous applicants argued the site was the most suitable location for a drive-thru facility on the lengthy A346.
At the time, they said: “The proposals will provide the necessary facilities to make the journeys of motorists safer and more comfortable.
“This is clearly within the public interest and is particularly relevant for those undertaking longer journeys.
“The A346 is a well-used A-road between Swindon and Salisbury, equating to a distance of 60 miles, and to not have a drive-thru facility, we feel, would be wholly illogical noting the important role they play in the welfare of road users.”
