Thieves who targeted a Swindon home have made off with a laptop, jewellery and cash, after a number of recent break-ins.
The burglary at a home on Wentworth Park in Freshbrook, Swindon, is believed to have taken place at some time between 8.45am and 7.15pm on Thursday, November 7.
Thieves broke into the home and made off with a number of personal belongings, most significantly a laptop, some jewellery and cash.
Although officers investigating the case have yet to pinpoint a specific time that the burglary took place, they believe it's likely to have been in the early evening when it was dark.
The incident follows a number of recent break-ins in the Swindon and Royal Wootton Bassett area, and it is unclear if they are all connected.
Wiltshire Police are now asking anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity to come forward.
"We are appealing for witnesses following reports of a burglary in Freshbrook, Swindon," said a spokesperson in Wiltshire Police.
