A tanning business has been named a national award winner four times over.
The Tanning Room, founded by Victoria and Simon Hargrave, scooped four national awards at the recent TBE Awards 2024, including the 'Going for Growth' award, sponsored by Milsted Langdon.
The ceremony took place at Cumberwell Park, Wiltshire, and was sponsored by Thrings.
The Tanning Room also triumphed at the BASA Awards 2024, winning the 'Best Small Business - Beauty', 'Best Entrepreneur – Beauty', and 'Best In Class – Women-Led Business' awards.
The Hargraves expressed their joy at the recognition.
Simon Hargrave said: "Winning this award feels like a validation of our resilience, especially after navigating the challenges of the pandemic."
Victoria Hargrave highlighted the company's journey over the past 11 years, emphasising their commitment to innovation in tanning technology.
She said: "It’s rewarding to know we’re not just building a business, but also generating regional employment opportunities."
The Tanning Room plans to upgrade its salons with a six-figure investment into the latest technology for the self-tan industry.
The company, which has grown from a two-person team to 35 staff members across six stores in three counties, has also launched Beau Bronzage, an award-winning self-tanning product range.
