A specialist charity shop has opened earlier than expected in Swindon after a complete shop refit was completed.
Prospect Hospice’s books and media shop opened on Victoria Road on Monday, November 18, before the announced opening of November 30 - when there will be the shop’s “grand opening”.
The shop is a relocation of the old Prospect Hospice shop for books, CDs, records and DVDs, which closed on Commercial Road on November 2.
Shop manager, Lyndsey Workman, feels having a distinct books and media shop is “definitely” important.
