The council has issued an “urgent alert” that a road has been closed by flooding from Storm Bert.
Perry’s Lane in Wrougton has been closed to traffic and Swindon Borough Council says they are providing support.
A statement reads: “Perry’s Lane in Wroughton has been closed to through traffic due to flooding caused by today’s stormy weather. Our crews are on their way to provide support.”
Meanwhile, both the A303 at Mere and the A3102 between Lyneham and Tockenham are also closed due to flooding.
The A36 near Westbury and A350 at Chippenham were closed earlier today by Wiltshire Police who have yet to issue an update.
