Comedian Russell Hicks is set to perform in Swindon as part of his debut UK tour.
The award-winning comic, known for his spontaneous style, will bring his show "Happy to Be Here" to Swindon Arts Centre on Saturday, January 18.

Russell, who has appeared on ITV's Stand Up Sketch Show and hosted Prime Video's Lovestruck High, is fresh from winning Best Comedy Show at the 2024 Prague Fringe Festival.
He has also just completed shooting on his first feature film.

He is known for his ability to mix an irreverent American perspective with sharp observations of British life.
Hicks said: "I always talk about whatever’s going on.
"What’s happening in the room, in the audience, in the world."
He has been praised by fellow comedians, with Taskmaster star Jamali Maddix saying: "Russell Hicks is the real deal of a comedian."
Despite initial resistance from the comedy industry, Hicks has chosen to work independently, using social media and live performances to connect with his audience.
Russell has headlined at every major club across the UK and has a residency at Top Secret Comedy Club in London. He has also compèred at major events like the Leeds and Reading Festivals.
