Christmas events are being held at the Swindon Designer Outlet.
The McArthurGlen retail village has revealed its festive activities that shoppers can take part in.
Santa’s Flight School launches on Saturday and is open daily until Christmas Eve, where families can step into a forest glade, meet Santa’s reindeer, play games with the elves, and learn to soar in the sleigh.
Each 30-minute session includes crafts, characters and photo opportunities, and is free to attend but requires a £2.50 deposit when booked which can be either refunded upon arrival or donated to Julia’s House Children’s Hospice.
There will be sessions tailored for children with special educational needs who benefit from smaller groups and quieter settings, held at 11am and 11.45am on Tuesdays and 11am on Sundays.
Tickets can be booked online at www.mcarthurglen.com/en/outlets/uk/designer-outlet-swindon/whats-on/
As part of the returning Swindon Christmas Toy Appeal, shoppers can donate toys near the centre’s west entrance which will be given to local children in need.
Centre manager Tina Cumpstey said: “We’re thrilled to bring the community together again with Santa’s Flight School and support the Swindon Christmas Toy Appeal.
“It’s a wonderful way for families to enjoy some festive fun while making a positive impact on the community. We encourage everyone to book their tickets early, as this is a holiday event you won’t want to miss.”
