The following cases were heard at Swindon Magistrates Court earlier this month.
CRICKLADE: Marcin Jakiela, of Chelworth Road, has been sentenced for drug driving.
The 45-year-old pleaded guilty to driving a Citroen Berlingo along Homington Road on June 23, 2024, while having 14ugl of cocaine per litre of blood in his system.
He has been banned from driving for three years, fined £261, and ordered to pay £85 in court costs plus £104 to fund victim services.
MOTORWAY: Muhammed Rashiq, of Mildred Avenue in Watford, has been sentenced for a driving offence.
The 22-year-old pleaded guilty to driving a BMW along the M4 near Swindon without due care and attention on June 26, 2024.
He received a fine of £166 plus five penalty points on his driving licence, and must also pay £85 in court costs plus £66 to fund victim services.
PENHILL: Liam Callcut, of Potterdown Road, has been sentenced for drug driving.
The 27-year-old pleaded guilty to driving a Kawasaki ZR along Queens Drive while having 9.8 micrograms of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood in his system on July 19, 2024.
He has been banned from driving for 12 months, fined £80, and ordered to pay £85 in court costs plus £32 to fund victim services.

PENHILL: Tyrone O’Neil, of Beech Avenue, has been sentenced for driving offences.
The 23-year-old pleaded guilty to forging a registration mark and driving a Suzuki GSX without insurance or a valid licence on June 1, 2024.
He has been banned from driving for six months, fined £380, and ordered to pay £85 in court costs plus £152 to fund victim services.
SWINDON: Patrick Mongan, of Southend Arterial Road in Nevendon, has been sentenced for drink driving.
The 21-year-old pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle through Regent Circus in Swindon on November 2, 2024, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.
He received a 16-month driving ban and must pay a fine of £120 as well as £85 in court costs plus £48 to fund victim services.
SWINDON: Leroy Mongan, of Thingley Caravan Site in Chippenham, has been sentenced for making off without payment.
The 18-year-old indicated a plea of guilty to leaving a business in Swindon without paying for food and drink worth £500.25 on November 2, 2024.
He must pay £250 in compensation and £85 in court costs plus £16 to fund victim services.
PARK SOUTH: Lewis Moss, of Knowsley Road, has been sentenced for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
The 23-year-old pleaded guilty to causing the offence in Swindon on November 3, 2024.
He must pay a fine of £166 as well as £85 in court costs and £66 to fund victim services.
ST ANDREWS RIDGE: Lauren Bulley, of Renoir Close, has been sentenced for causing a nuisance or disturbance on NHS premises.
The 21-year-old pleaded guilty to causing without reasonable excuse a nuisance or disturbance to a National Health Service staff member at Great Western Hospital on November 20, 2024, and refused without reasonable excuse to leave the premises when asked to do so by a National Health Service staff member.
She must pay a £50 fine.
CALNE: Stephen Castle, of Grierson Close, has been sentenced for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
The 48-year-old pleaded guilty to committing the offence in Chippenham on July 27, 2024.
He must pay a fine of £40 as well as £16 to fund victim services.
