The organisers of the Trowbridge Festival have announced that it will be back in 2025 and early bird tickets are already on sale.

The three-day music festival - which celebrated its 50th anniversary this year - will be held from Friday, July 25 to Sunday, July 27 at its new location on Greenhill Fields in Southwick.

Festival director Nick Reed said: "The past two years have seen the festival find its feet once again growing year on year.

“With an exceptional 2024 event now behind us, all eyes are fixed on 2025 as the team look to deliver their most memorable event to date.

“Across its two stages, Trowbridge Festival will again bring the best and brightest of the local talent within the Trowbridge area, along with the best national names to the heart of Wiltshire.”

But the organisers are keeping next year’s line-up tightly under wraps as they prepare for the first wave of artist announcements.

They added: “As ever there should be one or two familiar folk legends, amongst a line-up of the freshest acts on the UK circuit and the odd headliner or two.”

New additions for 2025 will include a Silent Disco, which will be a first for the festival.

Local brewer Kettlesmith, from Bradford on Avon, will be back on bar duties but organisers are looking forward to being joined by a host of local food traders.

They are also planning an array of market stalls “reflecting the incredible things happening in the town”, as well as a family area.

Other attractions and entertainment is likely to include Little Brown Fox, SASS and performers to keep children entertained.

The organisers added: “We know that young people are the future of a vibrate and successful Trowbridge Festival so this year we will be introducing our brand new CYP (Children and Young People) ticket which will allow all under 18-year-olds to attend the festival completely free of charge (must be accompanied by a full paying adult).

“We know that times are hard financially so we hope this small gesture will help families enjoy a wonderful weekend of music and fun and inspire the next generation of festival goers.”

Weekend tickets went on sale from Monday, November 25 at last year’s bargain price of £120. The 2025 prices will be introduced on Wednesday, January 1.
