The Carpenters Arms Motel, in South Marston is offering a 10% food discount to holders of the Money Saving Card, which can be obtained free at FreeDiscountCard.co.uk.
This is a national discount scheme which is growing, involving a variety of retail outlets of all descriptions. The Carpenters Arms is one of the first local establishments to sign up to the scheme, Bob Feal-Martinez commented, "times are hard for a lot of people and anything that we can do to increase our customer base whilst offering a reduction in price I'm sure will be welcomed by customers."
Holders would be required to produce their card to qualify for the discount.
