VALLEY FC moved top of the Swindon Abbey Meads Sunday 6-a-side Leisure Leagues Premier Division with a 19-0 mauling of Swindon Torpedoes, as Aaron Wells starred in the huge win.

Sureal Madrid are only a point shy of the summit in fourth as they clung on for a pulsating 7-6 victory over Total 90, whilst Penhill FC raced to a 6-0 drubbing of struggling outfit Cycle Club.

Sevenfields are piling the pressure on at the top of Division One following their 9-5 victory over Alcoholics Anonymous, whilst Andy Simmons took the plaudits for God With An Extra ‘O’ in their 8-3 demolition of Red Star.

It was a case of ‘Gardiner’s Question Time’ as Old’em Pathetic succumbed 2-1 to an Andy Gardiner’s-inspired Staples For Goalposts.

ST JOSEPH’S SUNDAY

Wilts Ham United have won all three of their games so far in the St Joseph’s Sunday league as they cruised through to a comfortable 4-1 victory over Boca Seniors.

FC Whitered saw off Swindon’s Finest by the same scoreline, and The Messenger picked up their first point of the season with a hard-fought 2-2 draw against BooYa.
