Motorola employees in Swindon, along with their colleagues across the UK, are celebrating their fundraising efforts as £50,000 was presented to national children's charity Kidscape.
It brings the total donation to help beat bullying in schools over the past two years to more than £70,000.
For the past two years, as part of a sustained campaign at both a local and national level, Motorola employees in Swindon have been raising money to support Kidscape in its mission to support children and parents affected by severe bullying.
Motorola employees have taken part in a wide range of fundraising initiatives for Kidscape.
They put themselves to the test with endurance events such as a cycle ride from Land's End to John O'Groats and the Three Peaks Challenge.
They also dug deep to support Andy Garlick's gruelling triathlon which set the bar high in 2004, raising more than any other event.
Spurred on by his efforts, participants in the Land's End to John O'Groats cycle ride and Three Peaks Challenge broke through the 2004 fundraising record and became the top fundraisers of 2005.
Other fundraising activities over the two years have been varied and Motorola has topped up cash raised by the staff.
"Thanks to these efforts, thousands of children in local schools have learnt more about how to keep safe and 1,500 severely bullied children across the UK have attended ZAP courses on how to stop being a victim of bullying."
Parents have also benefited from the scheme through books, videos and training materials, which have been donated to schools in the area.
As well as making an impact with local children and parents, the money raised has been used to support national initiatives, such as the Kidscape helpline.
More than £10,000 has been set aside for the production of a help leaflet, Moving On Up to ensure that children have the advice and guidance they need when moving up to secondary school.
Sir David Brown, the chairman of Motorola, said: "It has been a privilege to have been able to help Kidscape.
"They work tirelessly to make countless children's lives safer and happier. We are all in their debt."
