A HUSBAND and wife from Swindon who are accused of killing their daughter will enter a plea in June.
Neil Baker, 28, and his wife, Alison, 24, both of Brunsdon Close, Swindon, are accused of the manslaughter of Kimberly Baker, who died on April 26 last year.
The case went before Bristol Crown Court this week where it was re-listed for a plea and case management hearing on June 19.
