A FUSION of musical styles hits Swindon's Bowl this summer. Set in the Town Gardens, the Bowl has hosted some of the best national and international touring bands over the past nine years.
Swindon Council leader Mike Bawden said: "Every year the Bowl concerts grow in popularity.
"The concerts always have a real festival atmosphere and attract people of all ages. The Bowl provides the perfect setting for enjoying some of the best live music."
Six concerts will take place between June 3 and August 12, kicking off with the Dragonfly Ball.
The summer's first all-day outdoor dance event, which celebrates Swindon's local nature reserves and natural environment, features local bands, artists and DJs.
The full programme can be found at the Swindon Information Centre in Regent Street, the Arts Centre in Devizes Road, libraries, at council reception points or at www.bowlconcerts.co.uk Tickets are on sale from the Information Centre on 01793 530328, the Arts Centre on 01793 614837, the Link Centre on 01793 445566 and the Oasis Leisure Centre on 01793 445401.
