LIBRARIES in the town are running a series of practical, online computer sessions for anyone interested in learning about local history.
The sessions are designed to guide users through a selection of useful local history websites including the Railway Works, The Mechanics' Institute, Swindon Town Football Club, Ordnance Survey and First World War websites as well as touching on other towns.
A basic level of computer skills is required for the session.
Registration costs £5 and can be done in any of the town's libraries.
Sessions will be held at West Swindon Library tomorrow, North Swindon Library on Thursday, May 25, and Highworth Library on Tuesday, June 6. All the classes are from 10am to 12.30pm.
