EIGHTEEN quilts have been presented to the Prospect hospice.
Members of Golden Lion Quilters have spent the last six months making the blankets for the Wroughton hospice.
"They do such a lot for people who have been diagnosed as terminally ill.
"One of our members came up with the idea to support Prospect and we all agreed it was a good cause," said member Glenys Thomas.
In previous years the group of 21, which meets fortnightly at Kingsdown School, has made quilts for Save the Children and a cot death charity.
Chairwoman Frances Gilbert presented the colourful quilts to Prospect's community fundraiser Maggie Gill and trustee Rosemary McClaren at their meeting last week.
