THREE men are being questioned by police after a pensioner had her life-savings stolen by bogus callers.
The incident happened in Bellver, Toothill, at about 2.20pm on Tuesday.
Three men were allowed into the elderly woman's house after saying they needed to check the drains.
While one kept her talking, asking her to hold the tap, the other two went upstairs and found her savings.
Between £1,300 and £1,500 and a pension book was taken.
Police say the incident is linked to another distraction burglary in Ashton Keynes on the same day.
The three, aged 18, 28 and 51 years, all from the South Cerney area, are being held at Gablecross police station.
