A GARAGE owner charged with bigamy has had the case against him adjourned.
Mohammad Zubair Dean, 57, of Wroughton, is accused of taking a second wife in a ceremony in Pakistan, in June 2004.
Dean, who runs a garage in London Road, Marlborough, allegedly married his second wife, Asma, in Lahore while already married to Kakaub Dean.
The father-of-five's case was due to be committed to crown court at Salisbury Magistrates' Court yesterday but the papers were not ready in time.
The case was adjourned until May 31.
