A MAN who broke his bail seven times in less than a month has been re-released by magistrates on exactly the same conditions.
Christopher Bonner, 36, appeared at Swindon Magistrates' Court after being arrested for the breaches.
The court heard Bonner, of Milverton Court, Park North, was bailed last year for offences including burglary and assault. Bonner denies those charges and is due to face trial at Swindon Crown Court in July.
He admitted that between April 17 and May 2 he broke his curfew six times and on May 15 he was found by police in Bruce Street, an area his bail banned him from going to.
Magistrates chairwoman Malathy Sitaram re-released Bonner on the conditions that he sticks to a curfew between 9pm and 7am, stays at his home address and does not go to Bruce Street.
